WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP?
Once you choose your package, you’ll receive a phone call from Dan to determine your specific goals and set a plan of action. You’ll discuss things like what time works best for you to workout, what are your struggles or triggers, and your preferred method of contact.
HOW LONG DO THESE PROGRAMS LAST?
Online groups run for 21-30 days depending on the particular package.
WHAT KIND OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUPPORT STRUCTURE CAN I EXPECT?
Once you’ve joined a program, you’ll be given access to the exclusive Beachbody Tracker app, which is like a less-distracting Facebook that allows you to post photos and updates and share them with your group. You’ll check in daily here to keep you on track with your workouts. Dan posts on the group page at least once a day with tips, motivation, workout modifications, or encouragement.
